Contact a Family is a national charity supporting families of disabled children regardless of their disability or medical condition. We provide information and advice on issues affecting these often vulnerable families such as poverty, strained relationships, access to affordable childcare and vital short breaks. We also put parents in contact with others whose child have the same condition so they can benefit from their support and valuable experience.
